Charles Kolstad |
| Mr. Kolstad is a founding partner of the firm Brand Farrar. In 1979, he joined the management and tax consulting firm of Coopers & Lybrand, where he became a partner in the Tokyo and Los Angeles offices. While in Japan, he developed the leading structure finance and investment banking practice in Japan advising on the Japanese tax treatment of equipment and movie financing transactions, real estate acquisition and derivative transactions.
He currently provides global tax advise to US and foreign clients, including one of the world's largest independent film producers. He represents privately held high-tech companies in a variety of matters, including Internet and e-commerce transactions.
Mr. Kolstad is a member of the State Bars of New York and California.
